本当に冗談ではなく、いままで観たライブ作品の中で最高作の1枚だ。普段は洋楽、ロックが中心のわたしですが、日本も捨てたものではありません。まさに、歴史的録音（映像）！撮っておいて良かったね！ＹＵＫＩちゃん。
バンドスコア JUDY AND MARY/The Great Escape (バンド・スコア)
The review made before this one points out that there are lots of mistakes in this score. I'm not disputing that fact; however, as band scores from the early to mid 90s were not as accurate as they are today, it's somewhat forgivable. The songs in this band score are exactly as they appeared in their respective albums. In fact, the majority of the songs aren't exactly centered on the page because the original scores were a lot bigger than the format used today.
Anyway, a lot of the songs don't have changes notated to them for second playthroughs of verses and choruses. TAKUYA's guitar parts are very chaotic, though, and it would take too much space to notate all the changes. The best way to go about this is as an exercise in ear transcribing. I don't think that no one but TAKUYA will be able to play all the songs EXACTLY as they sound in the album, and even then, I doubt he perfectly recreated every single note when he played live. For the purposes of learning your favorite JUDY AND MARY songs, this band score does its job perfectly.
I'd rate this score a perfect 5 if the formatting was consistent and songs were updated and corrected for this release, but as it is, The Great Escape band score is a great tool to help you learn JAM's best songs.
ユキライブ YUKI TOUR “joy” 2005年5月20日 日本武道館 [DVD]
ライブのMCでYUKIが伝えた言葉。「心を込めて歌います」本当にその通り・・全ての歌にYUKIの心が詰まってます。一生懸命さが伝わってきました。残念ながらライブには行けなかったけど文句なしに満足☆これからもYUKIについていきたいって改めて思いました。
WARP TOUR FINAL [VHS]
さいこーですね。Yukiの舞台での表情、動き、は全編を通じて、飽きさせない、魅力的です。そしてTakuyaのギター、もう天才ですね。楽器に素人の私でも、すごい技術なんだろうなって感じます。もちろんベースとドラムも劣らずさいこーです。こんなすばらしい音楽を作り出すバンドが解散したなんて、いまさらだけど、残念です。官らだの中に元気が生まれる、すばらしいコンサートＤＶＤでした。私の宝になりますね。将来、大きな画面のＴＶ買って、のんびりみたいなぁと思っています。
Girly TREE/YUKI
シリーズ最終になる本書で、釘付けになった写真があります。
YUKIが、赤ちゃんを抱いている３枚のポラ写真。
YUKIは、みんな、ワタシの中では、おしゃれをして、恋いを
して、バンドやって、ラジオやって、絵を描いて、飲んで、
それらを全部、自分の中でビビッドに昇華して、唄を作る、
歌を謡う、という、ある意味、神格化された、アイコン、
ミューズであり、ディーバであったと思っています。
でも、その写真をみたとき、YUKIは、実際には、もっとすごい存在なんだな、
って思いました。絵を見たり、家具をそろえたりとかを越えて、
結婚し、出産し、親兄弟を大切に思い、妻、母となり、
でも、より旺盛に精力的に曲を発表し、謡って、踊って
自分の存在、人生を精一杯表現しつくし、生きていくこと、そのもの
のほとばしりが、歌や活動に全部活かされている、そんなYUKI、って
思うと、かなり感激なんですが。
そんな思いを、この本から得たとき、私の中のYUKIという
アーチストを見るまなざしが変化しました。
ミュージシャン、アーチストという枠を越えて、幅広いファンに
支持される理由がわかったような気がします。
このシリーズ、また復活して、成熟した彼女を見てみたいです。
再生した『果てたわ』を、もっと見たいです。
